Aron Kader has a unique outlook on the world that stems from being the product of a Palestinian/Mormon love child… sort of. He is the third of four sons born to Nancy, an American Mormon from Utah and Omar, the son of Palestinian immigrants, also from Utah.
Kader moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19 to pursue acting and stand-up comedy. He spent time in the legendary sketch theatre, The Groundlings, where he became a prominent member of the Sunday Company. In 2000 he became a regular at The World Famous Comedy Store in Hollywood after being discovered by the iconic storeowner, Mitzi Shore.
Aron Kader is a founding member of The Axis of Evil Comedy Tour that debuted on Comedy Central in 2007. The Axis of Evil toured nationally and internationally and for the first time, brought comedy to the Middle East, selling out twenty-seven shows throughout the region. He’s proud to be one of the only American comedians in history to go to Kuwait and not entertain the troops.
Recently, Aron participated in Montreal’s world famous Just for Laughs comedy festival. He has also been seen on Comedy Central’s, Premium Blend, the dramatic series, The Shield as well as various appearances on F/X, VH1, E! and CNN. He has achieved starring roles in T.V. pilots forComedy Central’s The Watch List, and NBC’s, Beverly Hills SUV. He was a standout at the HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and received stellar reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland for his breakout stand-up performances. Kader has been featured in publications including the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek & TIME Magazine and is a frequent guest on NPR.
Aron Kader can be seen performing regularly in Hollywood at his home club, The World Famous Comedy Store or touring the major clubs and colleges around North America and abroad.
